topgolf

Tevora is pleased to sponsor the North Texas Information Systems Security Association’s (ISSA) Topgolf networking event on July 25 at the Topgolf in Allen, Texas.

Security professionals will network while hitting microchipped balls into dartboard-like targets, then focus on the future of their security environment with speakers Ray Zadjmool and Matt Mosley, information security experts from Tevora.

Zadjmool will focus on “PCI 3.0:  What to Expect.”  The PCI Data Security Standard is evolving based on participating organizations feedback and PCI council approved changes.  Version 3.0 includes several new sub-requirements that organizations need to plan for and to align with their business initiatives in 2014 and 2015.  This talk will discuss how to prepare an organization and techniques to take advantage of these new compliance requirements to advance security strategies.

As Principal Consultant at Tevora, Zadjmool isknown for his expertise in aligning innovative security strategies with business goals.  He holds PCI QSA certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Microsoft Certified Service Provider (MCSE). Zadjmool also served a distinguished tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps and maintains a secret security clearance.

Mosley’s talk will delve “Inside the Mind of a Hacker,” as he walks through the process of how hackers access an environment and determine gaps.  ISSA members will learn up-to-the-minute security trends that make a business vulnerable now, with real life engagements and findings from recent assessments.

Mosley is the Manager of Threat Research at Tevora and runs MassiveLabs, a security consulting and research company in Lake Forest, CA. Matt has more than 10 years of experience in the computer industry, most of them in consulting for large enterprise customers. His main focuses are penetration testing, application security, malware analysis, and security training.
