Nazy Fouladirad is President and COO of Tevora, a global cybersecurity and compliance consultancy headquartered in Irvine, California. With over two decades of experience, she drives operational excellence across service delivery, client engagement, and strategic growth. Since co-founding Tevora in 2003, she has built and scaled the company into a nationally recognized leader in cybersecurity, honored eight times by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.

Fouladirad also serves as President of MightyID, a SaaS company focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) resilience. MightyID provides enterprise organizations with tools to backup, restore, migrate, and failover their identity systems—enabling faster recovery and stronger continuity across platforms like Okta and Microsoft Entra.

Her leadership spans strategy, marketing, finance, people operations, and service development, with a consistent focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
