Developing a Generation of Leaders
Tevora’s Consultant Development Program (CDP) is a structured internship designed to give aspiring cybersecurity leaders hands-on experience in the in-demand field. The 10-week program is open to students, recent graduates, and those otherwise looking to start a career in cybersecurity.
Mentorship
CDP participants are paired with a mentor and a manager in their selected field. The mentorship relationship is structured to ensure professional and educational goals are tracked and met.
Learning
Upon completion of the 10-week program, CDP participants are expected to present their learnings to the entire organization, providing valuable presentation and reporting skills.
Success
Approximately 30% of CDP participants move on to a full-time position within Tevora. Many of these individuals have progressed in their careers to become leaders within our organization.
