Irvine, CA, September 8, 2026 — Fast Company today announced its eighth annual Best Workplaces for Innovators list, recognizing businesses that are creating cultures where innovation can thrive at every level. Tevora earned a spot as No. 12 on the list of 100. This accolade celebrates Tevora’s commitment to fostering a culture where bold ideas, collaboration, and continuous innovation help the company stay ahead of an evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Innovation is Key in a Fast-Changing Threat & Compliance Landscape

Innovation is especially important during a time when advancements in Artificial Intelligence require cybersecurity professionals to maintain a state of continuous learning and evolution. New threats, compliance frameworks, and technologies require companies to go through almost extreme lengths to deliver effective services to clients; a challenge that not all cybersecurity and compliance consultancies are up for. Tevora is proud to have proven, on a national stage, that we are fostering innovative thinking in the way we work with and service our clients.

Honored to be on the List of Heavy Hitters

The 2026 Best Workplaces for Innovators list recognizes 100 companies across industries such as entertainment, biotech, consumer packaged goods, marketing, education, and healthcare. To be considered, applicants detailed their investment in innovation, internal programs, and company culture. Fast Company’s editors evaluated each application and conducted extensive research to develop a score for each company. A distinguished panel of judges then reviewed the top-rated companies to determine the final honorees.

“Since our founding, we’ve emphasized creative problem solving and continuous learning,” said Ray Zadjmool, CEO. “Being recognized by Fast Company is a meaningful reflection of the unique culture we’ve built, and the innovation and ingenuity our team brings to work every day.”

The recognition builds on Tevora’s recent inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, highlighting a powerful combination of business growth and innovation. While the Inc. 5000 recognition reflects the company’s rapid growth and market momentum, Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators recognition speaks to the culture and people behind that success, reinforcing Tevora’s commitment to empowering employees to develop new ideas, solve complex cybersecurity challenges, and continuously raise the bar for protecting customers.

“The most innovative workplaces don’t simply ask their employees to come up with great ideas; they create the conditions that make great ideas possible,” says Brendan Vaughan, editor-in-chief of Fast Company. “This year’s honorees understand that innovation is ultimately a cultural commitment that requires empowering people to think differently, take risks, and turn ideas into actions. We’re proud to recognize the companies and executives who are leading by example.”
