Brian Sullivan Presents an Exclusive Deep Dive into a Professional Career within Cybersecurity

An Innovative Learning Session with NPower Students

Tevora’s Brian Sullivan is at it again! He recently collaborated with NPower to conduct another voluntary training session working to educate young adults and veterans about career opportunities in Technology in Brooklyn, NY.

During these sessions, Sullivan shares his professional knowledge while giving real life experiences within the field of cybersecurity. He demonstrated how to problem solve, interact with clients and execute report writing.

About Brian

Brian is an Information Security Consultant with the Threat Team at Tevora. He is responsible for conducting penetration tests and assisting the Project Lead in meeting project deadlines and providing required deliverables for projects.

Before joining Tevora, Brian worked as a security engineer providing security assessment services to a wide variety of clients. He has a background as a Linux technician and system administrator. He also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, reaching the rank of Sergeant (E-5) and performing the duties of an Infantry Squad Leader.

Brian has spent years expanding his technical abilities through security-related competitions, threat research, and through hands-on experimentation in his home lab. His personal research, combined with his experience in conducting a variety of professional assessment services, provide him the depth of knowledge needed to successfully deliver a diverse range of projects. He is credited with discovering and responsibly disclosing CVE-2018-0099 and CVE-2018-6961. Brian currently holds the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification.
