Our Consultant Development Program is designed to identify and cultivate top cybersecurity talent while contributing to the broader community by creating an accessible entry point into the industry for promising individuals. CDP participants gain the opportunity to contribute to real-world consulting projects, engage in research projects, and develop specialized initiatives in the field of security consulting. Upon completion, interns leave the program with practical consulting experience and a robust set of transferable skills applicable to a wide range of cybersecurity career paths.

Developing a Generation of Leaders

Tevora’s Consultant Development Program (CDP) is a structured internship designed to give aspiring cybersecurity leaders hands-on experience in the in-demand field. The 10-week program is open to students, recent graduates, and those otherwise looking to start a career in cybersecurity.

Mentorship

CDP participants are paired with a mentor and a manager in their selected field. The mentorship relationship is structured to ensure professional and educational goals are tracked and met.

Learning

Upon completion of the 10-week program, CDP participants are expected to present their learnings to the entire organization, providing valuable presentation and reporting skills.

Success

Approximately 30% of CDP participants move on to a full-time position within Tevora. Many of these individuals have progressed in their careers to become leaders within our organization.
