Mikayla Bartell Promoted to Manager of the Payments Practice
Mikayla Bartell has been a standout leader within Tevora’s payments team, bringing strong technical credentials and deep insight into the ever-changing payments landscape. A former consultant at Ernst & Young, Bartell joined Tevora with a strong foundation in compliance and audit, and has since become a trusted advisor on complex PCI DSS, P2PE, and PIN security assessments.
Bartell is a PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessor (QSA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and holds a Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK v4). She has also contributed to the broader industry through expert panel discussions alongside members of the PCI Security Standards Council and leading third-party stakeholders.
As Manager of the Payments Practice, Bartell oversees service delivery across payment compliance and security.
Charlotte Densham Promoted to Senior Manager of ISO and Information Security Services
With a diverse background in finance and IT compliance, Charlotte Densham offers a unique perspective across information security and governance. She brings diverse experience as a System and Organizational Controls (SOC) 1 and 2 assessor, with additional expertise in SOX, ISO, PCI DSS, and Enterprise Risk Management.
Certified as an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Lead Auditor (TPECS) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Densham leads teams under the Information Security Services (ISS) and ISO practices. She is known for her strong customer communication, technical proficiency, and her ability to translate complex security goals into measurable, results-driven programs.
Densham will continue managing high-impact client engagements while collaborating with consultants across practices to deliver superior insights and services.
