These leadership appointments reflect the company’s vision for continued excellence, strategic insight, and industry-leading expertise.
Wayne Perry as Federal Practice Lead
As Federal Practice Lead, Wayne will guide clients in strengthening their cybersecurity posture through integrated strategies that align mission objectives with cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance requirements. His expertise spans Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), DevSecOps, Zero Trust Architecture, and Security Program Development, with deep experience implementing frameworks including FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, and NIST CSF.
Wayne has led multi-million-dollar cybersecurity programs across DHS, DoD, Treasury, SBA, HHS, and GSA, as well as Fortune 500 enterprises, developing frameworks that bridge people, process and technology domains to deliver scalable and sustainable cybersecurity outcomes.

Eric Sampson as Director of Payments
As Director of Payments, Eric will oversee Tevora’s payments practice, working with our team of Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs) and specialized analysts to support clients through PCI DSS assessments and broader payment security initiatives, including SAQ, P2PE, card production and provisioning, and the Secure Software Framework (SSF). His leadership will help clients build and mature their PCI compliance programs while aligning efforts with broader frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST CSF.
Eric brings over 20 years of assurance and compliance leadership, with extensive experience across PCI DSS and related PCI standards, SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations, HIPAA security assessments, WebTrust for certification authority engagements, and Federal PKI audits. He has overseen or contributed to more than 500 client engagements spanning retail, eCommerce, fintech, healthcare, and technology sectors.
