PRIMARY ROLE
Miguel is the primary technical resource for penetration testing and vulnerability remediation. Responsibilities for his role include assisting and leading internal and external penetration tests. This includes network, web application, mobile, and cloud application penetration tests, along with documentation of findings and client remediation of vulnerabilities.
NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Miguel excels at enterprise network and web application penetration tests, with hundreds of successful penetration tests under his belt. Miguel’s passion for continuously improving his penetration testing skills has allowed him to effectively assess a wide range of web application technologies and Active Directory environments.
Miguel leads the red and purple team engagements at Tevora and specializes in creating payloads to get around AV/EDR solutions.
EDUCATION: Miguel obtained a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from the California State Polytechnic University of Pomona where he also competed in the Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition as a member of the Linux team
CERTIFICATIONS: Miguel holds the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) and CompTIA Security+ certifications. Miguel has received several red team operation courses to fine-tune his offensive toolset and methodology.
