About Bryan Mitchell

Bryan S. Mitchell is an information security executive known for delivering comprehensive cyber and physical security programs by building cost-effective strategies based in fundamentals that optimize technology, reduce risk, and deliver maximum value to the bottom line. He has executive experience from Fortune 50, 250, and Global 500 companies defending against critical risks to business continuity, cyberattacks, nation state threat actors/ terrorists, and ransomware/ criminal organizations

Bryan is currently serving as CISO for Groups360 in Brentwood TN, safeguarding and supporting the only global online marketplace for group travel in the world. He came to Groups360 from AutoZone Inc. whereas CISO he worked directly with the CEO and board of directors leading AutoZone’s global security program. Prior to AutoZone, Bryan worked for two leading global transportation companies (Kuehne + Nagel AG & FedEx Corporation) where he lead global information system/ infrastructure organizations, global security operations and incident response, as well as risk countermeasures & intelligence programs partnering with agencies such as the US DoD, CISA, DIA, FBI, and UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA).

EDUCATION: Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Alabama, an MBA, and is in the process of completing his doctorate in business administration focusing on cybersecurity and financial risk management (dissertation complete, oral defense pending)
