The Okta Management Tool enforces various service use limits as listed below. Some may be increased for-fee by contacting our Sales team.
|24 hours between runs in a scheduled job||Cannot configure a job with <24 hours between runs||yes|
|4 active, scheduled jobs on the same tenant||Cannot save the fifth job||yes|
|1 active job running per tenant||Jobs will automatically queue||no|
|100 full backups retained||Oldest backup is deleted, unless it is the last full backup for a job||yes|
|90 days of backups retained||Automatic deletion after 90 days||yes|
|>90-day backups run slower||Longer retrieval results in slower runs||yes|
